Red Day – Monday 29 June, 2015.

Observed by Nursery and Jr.KG students.

Objective: To associate that the Red Colour signifies Love and Compassion.

Associated Activities:

Students made a “take away Hungry bird” using red coloured paper plates.

The students and the class teacher were dressed in red to signify their unity

Teacher had a surprise for each class with the “Magi Box” that contained red items.

Each red item made its appearance with the children chanting the magic spell “Aabra ka dabra gilli gilli whoosh” the class atmosphere was filled with excitement, suspense and enjoyment.

Indeed Red Day was a learning activity which will have a long lasting effect on each student.
